Conditions & Cancellation Policy: If tour is canceled and not rescheduled, 50% of tour fee will be charged. If tour is scheduled and homeowner is not present or the property cannot be photographed then a rescheduling fee of $25 will be added to total tour cost to come back out. Balance of payment will be due at the time of tour completion. Tour link will be provided upon receipt of balance. Tours will expire 24 months from the date of launch. A fee can be paid to retain tour - see rep for details.
